I'm writing a novel.

Sorry everyone. ): I've been so busy these days, I did not have any time to blog. For now though, I'm taking a break from my novel, so here's a quick entry.
Many of my friends has asked me what my novel is about, so I'll give you a quick synopsis here, and only here.
Emma has amnesia. Emma doesn't know where she is from, or what her last name is. And she doesn't have to. All she knows is that she's more fortunate than the others; attending Shoreshire, the best private school, the luxury of rich adoptive parents, she's the girl that has it all.Except a past.
After a dangerous life or death encounter, Emma realizes that something about her is special. Something big. She is immortal. After a warning from a mysterious boy, and unexplained strangers, Emma realizes that people are after her. She is being hunted down.By saving herself, she is then practically forced into getting involved with 'The Black Carnations', a secret elite group of people that works for the darkest depth of the government, where her normal life is changed forever.
And some excerpts:
From chapter one; "The clear waters by the lake were altered by a fall of a cherry blossom, as it made a little ripple. The ripple then became bigger, until it reached a floating leaf. Then it died away. Leaves of autumn fell from the tall trees above, dancing in the wind. I feel strange. It was just a year ago since I met them. Reminiscing was so overwhelming, so strange; it seemed as if it never happened. But it did. And suddenly, it was June 23rd of last year once again."
From chapter two;
"I feel an odd sense of accomplishment, and fear myself. How did I survive those bullets? Perhaps they did not penetrate my heart? Am I in a dazed, confused dream? Another dimension? What just happened?I ran home, taking off my blood stained uniform, and threw it into the laundry basket. Unbelievable.I am still alive.I clenched my fists, making sure it was true. Then strangely, I pretended nothing happened, and proceeded on cooking my dinner. Then while I ate the half-burnt macaroni and cheese, the strangest thought came into my mind. No, it wasn’t just strange. It was bizarre. Not even a five year old would believe this, but I did....Am I immortal? No, that can not be true. I covered my head, and sighed. Even if I tell Linda and Larry this, they won’t believe me. In reality, I don’t think anyone would.…I thought that I was going crazy.‘Perhaps some sleep would ease this. I thought. Perhaps this is just a dream, and perhaps it’s just one of those ones that I can’t get out of, a dream that is too long and haunting; but at the same time, terrifyingly real.’ "

Finding luck.

Four-leaf clover, obscured from the other millions, where may I find you? Out of all your three leaved friends, why are you so significant? So special?
Ladybugs, lift your tiny wings and perch upon my finger, crawl onto my hand gently, and possibly stay there for a while. Give me some luck, please. Help me. Departing now? Have a good journey, spreading luck far and wide. It spreads its petite wings and flies away towards the distance.
Penny, penny, on the floor. Which individual dropped you on the ground? Is it faced up, or is it down? Will I finally find the luck in town? I wonder if I take one of you from my very own pocket, and lay it heads down on the floor… will someone pick you up, and have luck once more?
I'm not the luckiest person in the world. I've never won a lottery, nope. Sometimes, I even doubt if luck existed. Perhaps it does.
I've found fifteen four leaf clovers. I laminated them and use them as bookmarks.
Others I store in a special little case.
When I was small, I thought if I took pennies, and placed them head first on the floor, the next person that walks the same path as me will find it, and have good luck. It was great thinking. Fun memories (: Luck does exist, I know. But you can't expect it to be there every day.

Wishing away the sorrows...

Sorry for not posting lately ;3; , I've been really busy with school and all that.
& thank you to my new follower to my blog. (: In fact, I didn't know anyone will actually read my ranting, hahas. (more like lectures.)
Anyways, I found this really cute image on flickr today. A wishing jar.
I think it's essential for us to all have one, don't you think? It makes you hopeful, like though it seems childish and silly, you always hope, Hope that your wish will come true. The wish jar is comforting to look at, knowing all your secret little wishes and saft and secure. Who knows, they just might be granted tomorrow.
Without wishes, hopes, or dreams, I don't think anyone can survive. It is those things that keep us on the 'edge of our seats', it is those things that drive us to live for tomorrow. It is those things that makes you smile when you see the sunrise, knowing another surprise is there for you today. (:
----
I'm actually really sad today, but I don't want to show it to my friends. Always showing a sad face everywhere makes me look grumpy, like what I did last year ): I'm trying my best to smile. You should too, if you're feeling down. Though inside you might feel like shit, but don't show it, and slowly you will forget about your miseries. Trust me, it works. (: It worked for me today.
:)

Feather & tear.

feather. I found a feather on the grass, in contrast with its lush green color. I look up in the cerulean skies, wondering. Which bird flew across this one field one day, opened its mighty wings, as it soared up high. Wondering, wondering… Perhaps the fair feather glided in the wind like an elegant dancer, Floating, drifting… Reluctantly leaving the sky, it falls. The silent dancer lies down with tranquility. But it knows it will never dance again. ‘I’ll just wait here, until someone finds me, so I can make their day happier with my beauty.’ Perhaps it thought. Yet it’ll never know, know, know. That I will wonder about its past, it’s journey from the skies above. It’ll never know.
tear The tear bid goodbye. To the eye, it said gladly: “Bye-bye, be happy, alright?” And so it fell down.
Just some eye candy & some things I wrote. Enjoy. (:
